It was an amazing stay. The employees are so friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the pool, steam room, and sauna that are all included in the stay. We also treated ourselves for our honeymoon to couples massage and the masseuses really listened to the areas we wanted to focus on. We couldn’t help but get in room dining twice and the staff surprised us with a dessert for our honeymoon. Also that breakfast buffet is unlike any other and their coffee has to be some of the best coffee we’ve ever had. We would highly recommend a stay here!

We had an amazing stay in the pinnacle tower. Room was perfect. Breakfast was awesome. Staff friendly. Spa and pool area looking a little tired now but still great facilities. Will definitely staycation here again.

Nice hotel. Have stayed here a few times and noted staff were not as attentive as per previous stays. Room appeared not to be vacuumed during stay also. But apart from these minor complaints (and they are minor), lovely room, great bed, great location and convenient shuttle service to the CBD. I would definitely return.
