Lovely location, view of the ocean, easy walk to many amenities. They have tried to do a refresh but the millwork that should have been replaced was just painted over, and poorly. It wouldn't stop me from staying there again but it is unfortunate that they didn’t have better eyes on the project.

Generally clean, but AC didn't work right.

Clean room, the bed was very comfortable, everything looked as pictured! The fridge froze our food even on the lowest setting, but that could’ve just been our specific room we didn’t end up switching. The staff were friendly and helpful! Definitely recommend the hotels luau and surfing lesson!! Both were a blast! The hotel is also in a convenient location to restaurants and shops!

Elevator line with 200 ppl waiting at peak times, no towels at the pool, a number of unfriendly staff, renovated rooms with nice cleaning staff.
