Room was comfortable and recently renovations. Clean enough. Bed size was unclear when I reserved the room, so the bed was smaller than expected, but we made it work. AC smelled a little musty.

The room was a little outdated, they are renovating the place. The bed was comfortable but the breakfast was not good.

Great Stay for family

We stayed for two nights as a group of 4 adults and one child and had a wonderful experience. The staff were very friendly, and even the breakfast team was efficient, welcoming, and quick to respond to our requests with a smile. Although the lobby was under renovation, the temporary lobby provided complimentary water and a coffee machine, which we really appreciated. The location was also excellent—being able to walk to Disney’s Toy Story Parking made our trip very convenient. Our room was also very comfortable, and we really liked that the sink was separate from the toilet and bath area.

BED BUGS - i ended up having 17 bites all over my body. The supposed to be relaxing stay end up sleepless nights, physically -itching the entire Vacation, mentally and emotionally trauma. Breakfast was good, service people in the breakfast area were nice.

Wouldn't stay again

Our room had a dirty pull out sofa bed which we wanted to use but couldn't, the breakfast food was not as good as we remember, and when they cleaned our room they moved my personal things around which made me feel uneasy. Not staying here again.
