Not too far from Disneyland and walked down Katella Ave to the shuttle which brought us to disneyland which was 10-15 minutes and 10 minute ride. I asked the staff about shuttles and they did not tell us about this shuttle at the Toy Story Parking so I hope this helps. Parking lot was safe and free which was convenient since all other hotels have paid parking. Room itself was clean, looked like the photos, and is what I expected. Definitely would stay here next time I go to Disney

The staff members were very accommodating, friendly, and professional. the facilities and rooms were very clean. The ONLY problem we had was the road noise, it was excessively loud, especially at night. We turned on the fan and background noise, but nothing worked. We ended up moving hotels because the street noise was so excessive.

We have stayed here for multiple Disney trips and always come back! We love it! Rooms are always clean and check in is easy! They will also accommodate your check in time to earlier if possible! The only thing is they do have one working elevator at the moment, hopefully they are able to address this soon! Will definitely be returning!

Room was great no complaints there. Just many things out of service. Only 1/2 elevators working. The fitness center was out of service and one of the entrances was also out of service which just so happens to the one nearest to elevators. A set of stairs were also locked where we couldn’t go up initially. Food was great, not extraordinary but tasty, loved the waffles.

Amenities(especially free breakfast & parking), cleanliness, staff, and close enough/walkable proximity to the Disney attractions was amazing! For those reasons alone I would stay here again. Noise from the highway and immediate surrounding area (dogs barking) was a bit daunting but nothing the A/C (leave on constant fan option) or TV couldn't drown out.

Room was alright. Clean sheets comfortable bed. The pillows were weirdly small closer to square in shape. The bathtub faucet was shut so tightly i was sure i was going to break it turning it on. Also even tightening it back up with a good amount of force didnt stop the faucet from leaking. Standard toiletries. Curtains were odd and didnt close all the way. TV was odd and remote was hotel branded. I was unable to cast streaming apps from my phone to the TV despite it being recognized and being a smart TV. Continental breakfast is nice to have but was very low quality even as far as breakfast buffets normally go. They allowed us to check in early which was perfect for us. The staff was super nice. Overall decent and worked out well when all we really needed was a place to sleep, shower, and keep our luggage.

Room was spotless, staff was courteous. Center doors did not work and the breakfast was not as good as other Comfort Inns that we have stayed at. The breakfast lacked bagels, english muffins and yogurt, which isllhas been served at every other Comfort Inn that we have stayed at.
