The good: parking, price, distance from park (30 minute walk). No bed bugs that we found, beds were comfortable.
The bad: breakfast was oatmeal instant packets, rock hard old muffins and a box of milk/orange juice. No place to sit and eat, so you go back to room and warm up water for oatmeal in microwave. The internet is terrible (like amateur set up a Unifi network and forgot to maintain it). Don't plan on using Wifi, just plan on using your cell phone. Air conditioning is weak.
The ugly: Keys stopped working randomly, had to go to office to get new ones. Kids were not happy after a long day going down to office and having them figure out what is going on and reprogramming keys. Another 30 minutes trying to get in room at end of a long day with tired kids is NOT fun.
Overall, the place is a dump that nobody wants to put money into until Disney buys and demolishes the place. As long as you go into it with that attitude, you are fine.
