Disappointing experience. We were charged for parking without being advised at the time of booking, which was unexpected. The washrooms were not in proper working condition during our stay, which was very inconvenient. Additionally, the room was not vacuumed even after requesting housekeeping to do so. Overall, basic standards of cleanliness and transparency were not met. Hopefully, management takes these issues seriously and improves the experience for future guests

Week before arriving was advised about parking charges not at time of booking. Washrooms were not in working condition. We booked 9 rooms (4 of them had working washrooms) couches are old and filthy. Vacuuming is not done daily. Would not recommend or go back

Stayed 3 days. Check in was great, the employee was so welcoming and kind. Spacious room, comfortable, fridge and microwave a plus. Wish there was a door leading to the bathroom, that would be my only complaint indoors. Outdoors the issue is trying to use the paper ticket to get out of the parking lot, numerous people had issues, long lines. Would definitely stay here again.

Not very pleasant, the parking is way too much and the breakfast is not included. Vent in the bathroom does not go off and too load to the night time. The maintenance guy did not solve the problem and the front desk did not care about the situation even when explaining and asking for someone to help.
