We stayed here Aug 2-8, 2025. I was nervous based on some of the reviews and considered switching hotels and was PLEASANTLY surprised at how nice the hotel was. The carpet in the hallways and rooms needs to go as it has both a dated look and gives the rooms that musty smell but the sheets, the mattresses (I checked them all) were clean and the rooms were very spacious. As a family of 5 it's hard to find a reasonably priced suite with enough space for everyone. The sink was outside of the bathroom (huge plus with 5 people getting ready) and the pull out was in a separate room so the youngest could go to bed with doors closed while the teenagers watched TV in the other room. We walked to Disney all 3 days. The walk was really nice, shaded and took approx 20 min. 2/3 days we came back for a few hours break as we were there for rope drop and wanted to watch the parade/fireworks. There is both a pizza place on the way and a Cheesecake Factory so it was nice to leave the park and have a reasonable priced meal (that's double the size for half the price) in a MUCH quieter environment. Lots of options in the area. I would stay here again and hope they update they floors and carpets (and maybe some of the decor by then). Parking was $29 a night which seems to be the going rate at most of the hotels.

Checkin and checkout were easy enough. Staff courteous, but not necessarily friendly. The main beds were comfortable, comfortable pillows, and clean room. The pullout couch mattress was less than acceptable. It was incredibly thin and uncomfortable. You could feel every coil. You can hear everything outside of your room door no matter how quiet or loud. Housekeeping knocking on our door at 8:54am for zero reason was very rude and unnecessary. Just wanted to know if we were still there they said. Ridiculous and unprofessional! And your food options were minimal at best. The fact that the coffee shop closed right at checkout is Ill-timed and meant that we had to seek food and drink after leaving the hotel instead of being able to just buy there and get on the road without having to stop again. Would not recommend this hotel. There are others in the area that offer way more for amenities. The warm cookies aren’t worth all the rest of the shortcomings.

Requested room was not ready at 4pm and staff could not give an estimate on when it would be ready. You would think that all rooms to be booked should be ready by check in time but the front desk told me they don’t do that. We arrived at 2pm after talking to a wonderfully helpful woman on the phone who helped book our rooms and suggested to show up and try early check in. People at the front were aware of this and knew that we were waiting in the lobby since 2pm. Ended up having to get a different room than I booked because I could not wait for the intended room to be ready when they had no idea when that could be. Terrible service and snarky remarks from some of the front desk. Hotel itself is fine. Bartenders great. Front desk made the entire booking a major downer
