Room was a little bigger than what I’m used to which included a safe, microwave, and a fridge that kept my beverages cold. The counter tops and desk tops were quite dusty and that was a major downside to me. Staff at the front desk was very friendly when I was checkin in.

This is our second time staying! Definitely recommend! Their rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable! Spacious rooms especially love the divided area from the beds an sofa bed! Wish parking was a little cheaper but overall had a nice stay!

Great hotel, clean and comfy. HORRIBLE STAFFING. This weekend me and my boyfriend stayed at this hotel which we have stayed before and haven’t had an issue. Coming in after a long day at Disney ready just to relax and call it a night , the man checking us in was so rude and unhelpful. After a confusing explanation on our room details and payment I simply asked for a receipt or a detailed report so I can see myself and can actually understand. When asking that we just simply got more sass and rudeness. This experience completely ruined our night and our stay at this location. Most likely will not be coming back.

Room was good, but the hallways were absolutely disgusting. Breakfast was very overpriced paid $ 115 for 3 adults and 1 child to have the breakfast buffet. The coffee shop inside promoted Starbucks but I watched them make it (I’ve been making my own espresso for years) and threw it away after 1 sip. Decided to drive to a local Starbucks instead. Won’t stay there again. No shuttle to the theme park. Had to pay for a local bus for the whole family. Staff was great though.
