Room was good, but the hallways were absolutely disgusting. Breakfast was very overpriced paid $ 115 for 3 adults and 1 child to have the breakfast buffet. The coffee shop inside promoted Starbucks but I watched them make it (I’ve been making my own espresso for years) and threw it away after 1 sip. Decided to drive to a local Starbucks instead. Won’t stay there again. No shuttle to the theme park. Had to pay for a local bus for the whole family. Staff was great though.

We have been in this hotel my son and I in 2018 and we were so happy that we decided to reserve again when we came back to LA. But we were so disappointed how rude and aggressive was the person named Fredy who made our check-in. After a long trip he refused to accept the card used during our reservation to add the deposit on it and he requested another one. He even refused to accept that I pay the deposit in cash. He was so disrespectful that he asked me to wait and made the check in for two other people. Then he told me if I don't give him another card he will cancel my nonrefundable reservation and that I have to search a stay somewhere else. The way this unprofessional staff treated me should not be acceptable by the hotel management. We were guests not homeless people trying to have some help. Our reservation was fully paid and we believe that we deserved more respectful greetings from the staff. On the other hand, all the staff at the reception needs to be more friendly. The only nice people there were the housekeeping team. Even though when we finally get our room, we found some hairs in the bathtub, but everything was cleaned again after we requested this. So we believe that if you want to feel respected, search another hotel. And we believe also that we have the right for a compensation for the insult we suffered from the unprofessional Fredy

Overall, I love the property. It's clean, in a good area, but the elevator could use some work. What got me was the guest service; wow, a 10 on that! I was blown away. When we woke up, we decided to go have breakfast downstairs. I would not recommend the buffet at all, so I said something, and the issue was taken care of. I give props on getting that so fast; overall, I will stay here again.

I liked having separate rooms for convenience, and the queen beds were comfy. I didnt like the shower with the clogged drain creating a bath while showering. That the windows didnt open at all. Looked ike a blood stain on the carpet. The smell. The loud squeaky sofa couch with springy pullout mattress.
