Our room was 451 right next to the street which sounded like a race track all day and night.. Every night there were fighting in the hallways and the walls were not sound proof and the door had about 2 inch space under so the kids heard every profanity known to man ever night. We almost had to call 911 since we couldn’t get a hold of the front desk. Also there were no luggage carts available so we hade to make 5 trips up and down to our car just to check in and out.. When we asked the front desk female if there were any she did not even look up and rudely said no…

The hotel was clean and service was wonderful. My only complaint is that I was not notified through hotels.com that there's a $35 per day parking fee. In addition I was charged a tourism fee and a California transient fee. All came out to $125 more than what I was expecting to pay. I thought the app stated that all fees and taxes were included. This was not the case.

Received excellent customer service at front desk by lady. She answered all of my questions and our stay was relaxing, comfortable with little to no noise allowing for a goods nights sleep. Breakfast was also very good. Thank you Hampton Inn staff at Anaheim.

You need to request room service every day. If you forget, no onr cleans your room. The breakfast is suposed to be until 9:30, but at 9 they start taking food out amd 9:20 they close the door every day, even with the room full of people trying to get something to eat.

The only plus was it being close to Disney. Besides that, terrible experience. Made me pay for parking, which I have never had to do in my years of being a Hilton Member. Checking in was a nightmare, I was told that in their system it was showing that we canceled but on the Expedia end, we were ok They wanted me to pay again despite me having proof of payment and emails.

Overall the property was clean. The staff were welcoming and professional. Did not like our room facing the main street. We were on the 4th floor and we could hear all that was happening on the street level.
