There’s actually a “Happiest Place…” vibe there. Everyone who worked there was so friendly and helpful. They must have good management, because everyone seemed to be enjoying their job- great customer service! For a 3-star hotel, this place was excellent: clean, large rooms, comfy beds, tons of storage in the closet area. The pool area was nice and had a great hot tub for resting our weary bodies that walked many miles in Disney parks. Really impressed! Thanks!

Greeting upon check in was amazing valet was nice for the price. Check in was smooth and easy they clerk was nice as well but did not give us information about the hotel just told us where the elevator’s were. Room was nice and spacious and very clean but the mattresses on the queen beds was the worst me and my wife could hardly sleep because the bed was so hard and the pillows gave my wife a sore stiff neck. Love the fact that housekeeping came by daily loved coming back to our beds made even tho they were very uncomfortable. Shower didn’t have the greatest pressure but Overall was an ok stay. Wouldn’t come back again due to the beds the last thing you want to do after a long day is come back to a hard bed..

We loved staying here! The room was wonderful and quiet. The food they served in the evening was very good! The staff was kind and accommodating. And it was within walking distance of Disney. They had valet parking, which was nice that you didn’t have to try to find a place to park but also hard not having access to run to your car when you needed to. Overall, a lovely place to stay!!
