The check in and check out process was great and the young lady who helped was so friendly. She gave us a room that faced the disneyland resort so we were able to see the fireworks from our room. I loved that the room was very clean and that the remote had been sanitized and put in a bag. The bathroom was very clean and the towels were thorougly replenshed and we had more than enough. I liked that there was a shower cap and makeup wipes, I actually forgot mine. I wish I would have made it to breakfast but I missed it this morning, it seemed to be reasonably priced. Staff was friendly and I like that the parkin garage was closed. I felt very safe. I would definitely stay here again.

Rooms were quiet, staff was nice and quick to bring any items needed to the rooms, I.e. towels, toilet paper, etc. Check in and check out was easy. Parking was included in the price. There’s a 24/7 Walgreens across the street. Staff gave me the option for room location preference while checking in which was extremely nice to be able to choose something ground level and close to parking since we had a lot of medical equipment to bring in from the car. While not the most luxurious hotel on the strip, it was clean and comfortable for a great price.

We were pleasantly surpised with this hotel. Anthony at the front desk was friendly and knowledgeable and greeted us every time he saw us during our stay. Our room was quiet and the amenities were great. Breakfast at the hotel cafe was reasonably priced and delicious. The service was excellent. We were able to park our vehicle in the basement garage and walk to Disneyland. We also walked to Garden Walk of Anaheim for dinner both nights of our stay. For convenience and excellent service from all staff, we would stay again.

The hotel was very nice, nice walkable distance to Disney and many shops like Walgreens and restaurants! At my check in there was an issue with my payment reservation. I totally understand this was not on the hotels fault but the girl that helped me check in the morning was a bit rude, and seem rushed. Eveyone else was excellent the manager was great person and this other employee that wears glasses he was very nice and sweet. And eveyone else was amazing. Room was clean and nice. I would stay here again.

We booked this hotel because of its close proximity to Disneyland, and it was recommended by other Disney lovers. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious and clean. There's only one elevator though, and it's slow, so plan accordingly if you're on a higher floor with luggage. There's stairs, but only from the 2nd floor.

Suite is as decent and customer service was amazing. However on the last day while packing up. We noticed candy wrappers and dust bunnies on the floor that house keeping missed cleaning up from prior visits because the candy wrappers were not ours. In addition, my mother found a bed bug on her bed. I have stayed before and had a great stay but the bug made me reconsider staying next time with my family.

I woke up to stepping on a wet rug in the middle of the night. The heating and air unit in the room started leaking water which made our stay uncomfortable. I did mention it at checkout and staff made no offer to make it right of offer s discount.

Jose was our waiter during our stay, he was amazing and attentive, great personality and he is excellent at what he does, being in the hospitality industry is his calling. He is a great employee and wonderful ambassador to the hotel brand.
