The staff was kind and the room was clean. We were put into a room next to the gym so the door slammed constantly from 6am throughout the day and into the night. It would have been nice if the asked us if it was okay. There was a fire alarm practice for two days that we weren’t notified about until we were checked in. They should have notified us before. There was also a staff luncheon on the same day as the fire alarm test, so service was limited. This was all unfortunate for a stay that could have been quite pleasant.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff was exceptional-friendly and attentive. During check in, I casually mentioned we were celebrating my daughter’s birthday, and they immediately offered to make it special. Later, she was thrilled to receive balloons and a bag of treats. It truly made her day. The hotel is about 12-15 minutes walk to the parks entrance, which is very convenient. My kids loved the pool and the hot tub and the room was perfect for our family of four -spacious, with separate doors for privacy. Breakfast was well-balanced with different options each day and definitely kid-approved. Overall, we had one of the best experiences and would absolutely recommend this hotel!

The plumbing stinks and smells bad in the parking lot and elevator. The hotel tried to cancel our reservation but was able to kept the booking for us. BUT our other group of family did not even get a message about cancelling them due to plumbing issues and i think it’s not fair for customers with no calls from the hotel to let them know and just finding out 1-2 days before the day of booking. The breakfast is alright not too much options unlike other hotel’s Ive been to around the area. I got the studio suite - beds are comfy, clean BUT so dark inside not much lighting in the room. I wish the hotel would accommodate more with their customers when there’s issues going while accepting customers and deal with the smell inside the hotel.

The staff was awesome and amazing! Just unfortunate timing that they had water damage issues. Great location to Disneyland (walkable). Wish the rooms were cleaner (found bugs multiple times crawling about near the beds, "white silverfish") and no power in the microwave, dishwasher or light near kitchen area

They had a sewer leak and flood the whole property was filled with fans drying it out with renovation vans in the parking lot. They should have shut down. Not safe for kids or elderly.
