It was my first time staying at a Hyatt, and decided to book thinking it would be an upgrade to Holiday Inn and Doubletree which are my usual go-to. Boy was I wrong. In summary, our room was not cleaned or supplied with fresh towels after the first night, and the "free" breakfast options were dissapointing, very basic menu and repetitive the next day. Parking fees were high per night, adding close to $100 for two nights to the total bill. I have another reservation booked in late October in Orlando and I think I will be cancelling as I did not find anything partcularly special this time.

A little prices but everything is top quality. We walked to Disney & the Convention Center from here. Convenient. We left some earrings in the room and for the first time ever, the cleaning staff found our item and we got it back.

Good stay

The room was spacious for my kids and I very clean and comfy tons of space. Everything is near by very convenient my kids loved the pool small but great for kids. Only negative thing I would say TV didn’t work for the first hours till maintenance man came In they have direct tv they just need to update the cords on tv’s overall it was good stay. Free breakfast was a plus very delicious food.
