My reservation was canceled, they kept saying my card was getting declined, I called my bank multiple times, they confirmed it wasn’t anything to do with my card or account it was definitely on the Hotel’s end. After trying multiple cards more than a dozen times, they finally just told me there was nothing they could do, and they’d just have to cancel my reservation. I truly believe my reservation was simply given to someone else. Maybe they overbook and simply didn’t want to tell me that. The declined transaction wasn’t even coming up on my bank’s side. The worst part is that the very next morning I was charged for the room. On a card that was “declined” more than a dozen times!!

I expected more from a tribute hotel. The desk staff was very nice but we reserved a king and received a king with bunk beds. Upon entering the room, it’s hard to not notice the lack of upkeep. The mattress was stained and hair was on the sheets. Then lights on the bedpost and in the bathroom flicker as well as some major cosmetic defects in the room. We went down to eat at the restaurant and the service was ridiculous. I had to walk to the back and find a hostess to seat us. Once seated the server was very minimal at best. The one saving grace for this hotel besides the desk staff… the food is delicious. Our burger and fries were some of the best I’ve ever had. We ordered room service the next morning and it was just as exceptional. This hotel has so much potential… I’m looking forward to staying again once it is given the attention it deserves.

the room was spacious and the front office staff was kind enough to upgrade me on the 2nd day however I declined because I have to go out early morning and dont want to move things beside I am already comfortable in my room, came back late at night time. Early morning the following day, I realized that HSKP didnt replenished water in the room. So I called Front Office to request water, however the FO staff was so rude and told me that we dotn provide bottle water and to buy in the shop. :(
