Front desk staff unfriendly. TV stopped working. We were left with no towels the 2nd night till after coming home from Disneyland at 12:30 AM we had children. You were very tired and needed to take a shower and we had zero towels and so we had to wait for them to bring towels. And they took our old ones. And we had a two night stay and they charged $250 a night for the incidentals which says on the website that it’s only $250 for the entire stay and they refused to merge the two reservations and so that we could just have the $250 Incidental fee for both nights and we’re very rude and to the point about you’re supposed inability to change it and I just think it’s unreasonable to expect people to have a $500 hold. Will never stay there again!!!
