Our stay at The Viv in Anaheim was extremely disappointing and stressful due to cleanliness issues and serious billing problems. Check-in was the only positive experience, as the staff member was kind and professional. Both rooms were unacceptable, with missing basic supplies like washcloths and hand towels, dirty towels and furniture, and poor overall cleanliness. Checkout became a major ordeal when we were incorrectly told no payment method was on file and that we owed money, despite already being charged. While disputing this, incorrect charges appeared on the bill, including a promised credit that was effectively removed. It took nearly an hour and a supervisor to resolve basic billing errors, and the staff member who made the accusation never apologized. Aside from the check-in staff and valet team, the experience showed a lack of cleanliness, billing integrity, and accountability, making this a place better avoided.

I was here for a week to attend NAMM down the street. The VIV needs better beds, the mattresses were extremely firm. Otherwise it was a really nice stay.

This was truly an awesome hotel. I love the adult pool up on the top floor. It was really nice to have a working Jacuzzi. It seems that any hotel that we’ve stayed at recently, the Jacuzzi does not work so it was nice that this one did work. The whole property was very clean and it was really nice watching the fireworks from our window of the Disneyland resort

Loved the hotel, it was clean, comfortable, and the valet staff were super nice. I did not love that they wanted a $250 incidental hold for one nights stay all because I booked using hotels.com. I’ve never had a hotel require that much so it was unexpected and unplanned for.

Second time we’ve stayed here and it was just as amazing as the first. The staff is friendly, and caring. They made sure we were well taken care of. The hotel was beautiful. My one con that I would say is the cleaning crew doesn’t seem to mop/vacuum and the upstairs pool was closed for remodeling so we didn’t get to enjoy it. Would stay here again though!

This place is ok. I wouldn’t stay here again. You can certainly walk to the parks but I wouldn’t recommend it specially with children. The hotel is not the cleanest and they don’ even offer water at the lobby, this is not a value for the price. Too expensive for what it is plus a $25 daily resort fee.. not worth it
