The room was clean and the sofa pads and cushions were stained. The employees were kind and there were not many occasions to meet. We took a dog with us, and we didn't have any water bottles or snacks ready for him, and we didn't ask him if he needed any. If you're going with a pet, you'd better bring everything. We had two swimming pools, but the rooftop and the first floor are all clean. But the rooftop feels like only adults, and the first floor is great for kids. Overall, the staff was friendly and it wasn't crowded or loud. The restaurant in the hotel tastes great. I only stayed for one night this time, but I'm going to stay for a long time next time.

The room was not clean on my first day. I have to call the front desk for it to be deep cleaned. Different staff was giving me different respond. I was told the small bottles are free and unlimited. But when I asked for it, another staff told me that they are not. It was really confusing.

The room quality is pretty bad. The pillows were so uncomfortable that I opted to sleep without one. The bath towels were so thin they were the quality you would use as rags. The lights were slow to react (it took a good 15-20 seconds before they turned on when I flipped the switch).

The food at the Valencia restaurant is ok , not that great. Overpriced. Room was dirty , floor was dusty . When I left the room for the day the cleaning ladies got there and did not changed the sheets they only made the bed poorly , bathroom was not clean. They can do a better job.
