The staff consistently went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, treating us like family. We truly enjoyed our stay and are grateful to give a five-star review. We arrived early and asked if they could hold our bags until check-in time. The concierge kindly offered to let us check in right away, which allowed us to leave our luggage in our room before heading to Disneyland. After a long day at Disney, the night concierge assisted us in finding a taxi for a quick trip to purchase an extra piece of luggage, which was greatly appreciated. I'll stay here again and recommend this Residence Inn to all travelers.

Meh.

The air conditioning flooded the first room we stayed in. They tried to fix it but were unsuccessful. We then had to ask for a different room which had poor air conditioning and a TV which didn't function. Both of which were not remedied. But they did compensate us on parking fees. The situation is not ideal regardless and I think the rooms need auditing.

Overall give it a 9.5, only because I payed extra for city view and only got a view of the hotels pool which made me a little upset but besides that it was clean, enjoyable, the breakfast was great.
