The room did feel neglected. It was not clean! The sink counter and shower were not clean, and the floors were filthy.. my feet were black (not swept or mopped) when i got out of the shower. It was a little disgusting. mopped),wheshower was not v clean there

Rooms are rundown, walls are dirty, floors are dirty. People on bikes hanging out. Rooms need to be updated, paint is chipped, caulking on restrooms is moldy and different color, towels are thin and hard.

I walked in the room and there was poop smeared on the walls. They came and cleaned it. Two nights in a row from coming back from the park, my door wouldn’t work. I had to wait 30 minutes to get a new key. There was also a black widow in our room. I always stay in cheap motels and nothing ever bothers me but this was the worst experience ever.

Pésimo hotel, el piso sucio, camas viejas, sábanas y toallas sucias y la tina sucia, cabellos pegados tanto en la regadera como el en techo, cortinas de baño manchadas y suciedad por todas partes, nada que ver con las fotos que suben. I went for an entire week and would have given 5 stars. The only thing that I found wrong was the bathtub is very very slippery so we had to put a towel in it which was really not a big deal and some of the clean towels were very hard like the type of towel you hang to dry. The staff is amazing. I would definitely stay here again.
