This is NOT a deluxe hotel. When I checked into my room I found that both beds had dirty bedsheets and pillow covers. I requested a change in room and they told me it wasn’t possible but that they would send someone to change all the linens. The hotel being only a 7 minute drive from Downtown Disney, we figured to go while they changed the sheets. This is at 1 pm. We arrive back at the hotel after 4 hours making it 5:30 pm and find that the sheets still have not been changed. They finally send someone after 30 minutes after calling for the second time. It was very uncomfortable as we had to stay in the room while the linens were being changed but we had no other choice. I gave them a 4 and a half hour window for this to be done. This put us late for our dinner reservation as we had to wait. But it doesn’t end there. I go to shower and thankfully I checked the towels and of course a stain on it. I reported it to the front desk but they were not helpful at all or accommodating. They just said they would send up more towels. No apologies or anything. Please do yourself a favor and never stay here.

Great stay overall—clean, spacious room with comfortable bedding and quality bathroom amenities. Short rideshare distance to Disneyland Resort. There was a slight gap in the door causing it to swing slightly even when locked, and some freeway and hallway noise, but nothing unexpected. I’d stay here again and recommend it to others.

The man who checked me in did not talk to me at all smhe checked me in quietely and asked for id and cc disnt even tell me how much for the deposit. I had to ask. Didnt let me know about the parking peice and told me to read it off the paper i was signing... not very friendly over all. Other than that the room was average.

It was disappointing cos who in this day and age, after a time like Covid offers cleaning once in seven days if you’re staying there 7 days? We were there for about 3 nights and different front desk associates gave us different information. Based on who checked us in, and said we could request it everyday. Which we did both mornings of us heading out and they pretended to put our name on a roster but you know we came back to a messy room. On the third night when we called the front desk after coming back to a messy room we were told that daily cleaning doesn’t happen here. Really? So basically each day we had to call and request for towels and for the trash to be taken out and say a little prayer that they show up. Will never book here again. Hygiene is basic.

We stayed her twice during our 2 week trip to California. We had booked one five nights stay and then decided to stay here again for one night when passing through the area. The dining options were minimal. There is only one restaurant and it is open for limited days and hours. The proximity to shopping, restaurants and Disneyland is good. A short drive or Uber ride away. The staff was excellent and made our stay most enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again.
