They charge you extra for parking. It's literally outside the hotel, unprotected, and not specified in the rental price. They don't change your towels or clean your room. They say they don't clean it daily. In general, I don't recommend it. We went down to ask for cleaning and they said no. We asked for towels and they never brought them up. This is unacceptable.

The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything and anything. Our neighbor had a dog that barked all night, the hotel was ok but can use some updates. There was mold on the shower ceiling and the walls around the room were dirty like something had spilled and never cleaned up.

There was another property next door with the same but was an 'ES'? looked for parking and went inside to find out it was next door. There was construction being done to main entrance so no sign on front door, had to enter through a Burger Restaurant. Parking was a little tight.

It felt safe and clean and quiet. Friendly staff at front desk, in the restaurant and the cleaning staff. Loved that they had a Kurig coffee machine and pods in the room, the refrigerator is a good larger size, beds comfortable. Only thing I would want is a stronger water pressure in the shower.

Front entrance was under construction. Like that the shuttle for Disney picks you right at the front. Rooms could use a deep clean and refresher. Dust came out of the AC vents. Overall, good for the price.

During my stay the bathtub was terrible. The drain was clogged or something. It would take forever for the water to go down the drain. One of the bath towels also had brown stains on it. The water was also shut off for a few hours because repairs had to be made. These were just a few of the problems. I will not be returning to this property.

The standout part of my stay was definitely the service from the staff, who were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Specific shoutout to the manager working the morning of July 28, who helped me get ice for my cooler! He didn’t have to do that but it was very sweet that he did!

You get what you pay for! Quiet area. Close to Disney. Rooms are cleaning, but do not get refreshed during your stay. You have to request towels/sheets as needed. Bathrooms do not have vents; so that could inconvenience some. Overall, positive stay! Just wish they made those minor improvements to make the stay easier :)

There were a few issues during my stay. The mini refrigerator was leaking water onto the floor when I arrived, the bed was squeaking, and it took a long time for hot water to come on in the bathroom sink.

Toilet wasn’t working had to come down and fix, room was still dirty, showers and floor had hair throughout. Came home around 12am ready to sleep. Sadly when pull covers back found bodily fluids and hair on sheets. Along with all this room had stale stench. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here
