Towels were stained, AC wasn’t working and we checked in late so by the time we found out, it was difficult to change rooms because kids were asleep. Manager would provide a partial refund, but gave Starbucks credit in the lobby. So many hotel options near Disney, would not stay here again with the issues and customer service

Perfect location to walk to the parks. Room was clean and the hot tub was open late which was awesome for our sore legs! Got coffee and breakfast in the lobby and it was fantastic and quick.

Everything was wonderful! The staff was so friendly, and it has a Starbucks in the lobby. The rooms are spotless and updated. It’s also an easy walk to the entrance of Disneyland.

Had a wonderful experience. The staff were all so friendly and ind. I loved the coffee shop in the hotel!! Life saver every day!! And they made our beds every day and new towels every day!! My husband kept saying "I really like this hotel". That is huge for him to say. We will definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

When we arrived the staff was very friendly made sure we were taken care of. Room was clean . Only down fall was no extra bedding for the pull out couch and the walls are thin we could hear others walking back and forth all night and we are an oversized SUV we did leave one day and came back to no where to park there was a lot of little cars parked in the over sized area. Walk was good not to far we have stayed at a few other hotels in the area. Would highly recommend
