Mini family vacation

The only two things things I have to say that wasn’t great about the hotel was that the couch that pulled out into a double bed was very uncomfortable for my grandchildren. Springs were poking in their backs and it was very uncomfortable. Also, the luggage carrier to put your luggage on take up to your room they were only about four of them for the whole hotel. People were grabbing them from people. We had to wait an hour check out time is 11 AM. We didn’t finally get checked out until 12:30 PM waiting for one of those luggage carriers to get our stuff bring it down to our car….

The elevators were real busy they need more. The card or payment system was wonky. Nice two room suite. Breakfast buffet not bad. Nice staff.

Bad water pipes

Thought I paid for everything up front when booking, to realize they charge $28 a day for parking, also the hot water in the hotel is white and milky and when you take a shower it tastes horrible and was not what I expected for a hotel

We had 6 people in our party. Room that was listed to accommodate 6 was small. Sofa bed when extended took up entire living room and mattress was about the height of cardboard. Holes in the curtains- dents all over the fridge. But the area was safe., close to Disney,had parking and a good complimentary breakfast.
