The airport shuttle service was horrible. We were told to be downstairs at 4:50 for 5am shuttle and it was already full! They only had 1 shuttle bus and the next one wasn't until 7 which didn't work for our flight, so we had to get an Uber. Also we had requested the night before to have boxed breakfast to go like they recommended and that wasn't ready in time for us either so we had to leave without it. So the 2 free services they advertise for were not available for us and those were the 2 reasons we stayed at this hotel close to the airport.
