There was suppose to be a shuttle at the airport for transportation to the hotel. However we arrived on time but during a high peak of travellers and were delayed by one hour in getting thru immigation. Still made it to the shuttle area at around10:45 (5 minutes late for the shuttle) and when a competitor phoned the hotel for us the hotel did not originallly pick up and when it did a delay of another 1 was expected. Took a cab-56 UAE dollars and no compensation!!! Poor response.

You had a 10 hour layover before our flight just took off at 2 AM. We made this reservation online on the same day. It was extremely inexpensive and met all our needs

Convenient comfort for quick layover

15 minutes from the airport. Great breakfast, including gluten-free hot baguettes! Free shuttle to the airport the next morning. Would definitely consider stopping through again next time.

İt is a nice hotel and we enjoyed staying there. İt was however misleading that the airport Shuttle was only to Dubai airport whereas when booking I was looking for Hotels with free airport Shuttle regarding Sharjah airport where we would be landing. At the hotel web page it is not specified which airport the Shuttle serves.

The Hampton by Hilton Dubai airport hotel is in excellent condition! Hotel has lots of amenities at affordable prices! Huge pool , gym , restaurant, great breakfast options ! Staff members are very helpful and kind ! Came in early and front desk helped checked me in early no hassle ! Very productive and professional staff ! Hotel is close to airport and nearby restaurants! Hotel is far from central Dubai and burj khalifa! Other than that will definitely stay here again ! Rooms slept great beds very comfortable and room quiet ! Rooms offer excellent views ! Will definitely be back ! Love my stay ! Thank you for the wonderful experience
