The best hotel in Dubai. Close to downtown and in front of the beach. The staff is awesome, especially Rafik Salah from Guest Relations, Essan from The Bay restaurant, and Gerardo and Khalid from the Club Lounge. We always stay at the Mandarin Oriental Jumeira when we travel to Dubai and always recommend this hotel to our friends.

Great service - lovely spa facilities and caring staff. Reception - friendly and swift to help out. Beach is nice, but could use a more attentive staff to ensure cleaness - a lot of plastic floating to shore. Beach staff is great !! Everything was amazing. I went to relax and stay in the hotel. I wasn’t keen on the beach however, the usual access is under construction. It was a bit bothering to chill in the pool and see the truckers. Other than that, I enjoyed my time the room the hotel. I love it
