I never got any VIP entitlement, no room upgrade. In fact, I booked queen/king bed but I was informed at check-in the room I was getting was better, when in fact it was two smaller beds instead. Very disappointing.

Great stay, very friendly staff.

I always go to this hotel since 8 years. Last time the guy in my room at 2 am, This time as all the time i was asking for a room at high floor as the last 8 years but nothing room next to the pool so in the night impossible to sleep cause of the party. Went one day to ciao bella restaurant service super bar considering we were 2 client so restaurant super empty. Any way i think the this kind of hotels should know the need of regular clients.....
