Very professional and friendly staff everywhere - reception, restaurant, pool area. Impecably clean room. I lost a small personal item in the lobby ( which is a vast area) and it was safely kept for me in "lost and found'. Very grateful.

The reception manager is best Ms Salma. She is helping here reception employees whenever everyone is busy. Handler was helpful and friendly. Room service and bed sheets are clean. 5 minutes walk to metro station. It has a beautiful view of the Shaykh zayed road and the Future museum. Thank you
