Rooms are clean. Room 907 was a comfortable size. Staff are couteous at all times. Junkeer, (porter) very pleasant and resourceful when i needed a small tin to be wrapped.

I booked a family room for four people and selected what appeared to be the largest option available when booking. However, upon arrival, I was told that all rooms are the same size. The room we received was very small. To accommodate four guests, the hotel converted a sofa into a bed and added an extra small bed. Both the sofa bed and the additional bed were extremely uncomfortable and made a lot of noise—very poor quality overall. The bathroom was also disappointing: it was not clean, and there was no privacy. There was a massive gap around the bathroom door, which made the experience very uncomfortable. I tried to change rooms, but was informed that all rooms were identical in size, so there was no alternative. If you are traveling as a group of four, do not be misled by the “family room” description or the impression of larger space. It is not suitable for four people.

Gnats in the bathroom and mold around the toilet. The room smelled extremely humid and slightly like urine. Hard to breath. When calling housekeeping, we were asked to not be too demanding. However the front desk and the actual ckeaners if the rooms were helpful.

The only positive thing about this hotel is the location. Unfortunately, everything else was a major disappointment. We booked the room for 4 people, but the room was extremely tiny and completely unsuitable for that many people. There was only one proper bed for a single person and a very small sofa bed with no comforter or proper bedding provided. As a result, three of us had to squeeze onto the one-person bed, while the person on the tiny sofa bed had to sleep without any comforter at all and stayed awake most of the night. The service was very poor and unhelpful when we raised these issues. No effort was made to provide additional bedding or improve the situation.
