Palazzo Versace Hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional and luxurious. Here’s a concise and professional review you can use: Title: Disappointing Service for a Five-Star Hotel I expected a high level of service from a five-star hotel, but unfortunately, my experience fell short. The staff was not as attentive as expected, and certain aspects of the service felt unorganized. While the facilities were nice, the lack of attention to detail and customer care diminished the overall experience. For the price and reputation, I expected much better.
