Overall, it’s fine if you treat it like a budget hotel, but they market themselves as 5-star and it definitely isn’t. I wouldn’t stay here again. The lobby felt dim and depressing as soon as I walked in, and nobody offered help with luggage, not that I needed it, but some guests would. At check-in, I was asked if I wanted to pay a deposit or go pay-as-you-go for the minibar. I chose pay-as-you-go, but a couple of minutes after I got to my room, someone knocked on the door saying I’d requested the minibar to be removed (I hadn’t). He just emptied it into a bag and left. Then at checkout, they asked me if I’d used anything from the minibar! quite laughable. The fridge didn’t even work, and while the room itself was okay, it was pretty dated. Breakfast was a mess. Nowhere to sit at first, then when I finally found a table, there were no glasses for juice so I had to wait. While I was still eating, staff started clearing my plates. I left briefly to get some honey for the tea I’d just been served, came back and my tea was gone, they apologised, got me another one, and then moved me to a smaller table. The most frustrating part though was the staff at the door, constantly pushing and bargaining for you to use their taxis every time you try to leave. The only real positive was the Iranian restaurant, good food and great staff. The worst Radisson that I have ever stayed in, I have stayed in many!

I was offered $100.00 aed credit to the spa and not $100.00 usd which was on the booking. Price was fine for location. It’s 12 minute uber ride from the airport and close to the metro station. Rooms are old and dated but clean.

The hotel is very clean and nice and the housekeeping staff super friendly and nice, but I definitely do not recommend the breakfast over there. The staff definitely need Training. The service level is beyond terrible and the waitress keep ignoring you when you have a request Overall experience is very average
