Nice hotel, bit waar from downtown but taxi’s are available at the hotel and aren’t expensive. Very friendly staff, good food and clean and nice rooms. Next to the hotel is a construction site but it doesn’t cause inconveniences.

Front desk crew were welcoming and generous, told them it was my birthday and I was gifted a free up grade to partial ocean view, and balloons and a card on the bed when we got in. Hotel is 15 min no traffic away from the town but beautiful.

We booked a six days trip for Riu Dubai, send them an email that we are celebrating a special occasion and if possible early check in. They replied back with the check in request but not asking me anything about my special occasion.That was very disappointing. We are Riu Hotel’s customers for more than twelve years, and that never happened. Probably policy company. Regular customers didn’t get any benefits. Hotel staff were very nice, very polite, always ready to help. Food was good but repetitive. Good choices of drinks. Overall we had a good holiday.

Great for families with small children. Top notch food. It was cold during our stay so the lovely pools and the beach was not an option. The location is far from the action and the property has limited activities.

The staffs are really nice, the food was good. What I didn’t like it that you can’t walk with you drink and explore you have to sit and drink whatever your drinking the throw me off a lot. The housekeepers didn’t change my sheets after the previous persons check out and it was obvious because you could see the person’s hair on the bed and the sheet was a bit dirty. They don’t give you no shower cloth, soap to wash your face or toothbrush and toothpaste. One of the face sink was clog up. And lastly the mini bar in the room there was only kids juice and soft juice in there I thought the mini bar beer etc would be provided also I told them I was celebrating my birthday I they didn’t do a little nothing to let me feel appreciated

The hotel and its staff were fantastic. The food in all restaurants was excellent and the waiting staff were very attentive. Bar staff were friendly and the reception staff were very helpful. We will recommend to our friends and definitely return.

It’s super clean. Staff is extra nice. Room (we were in a suite) was huge. The only thing there is no plug in the bathroom so you have to style and dry hair in the living room. Also there is no storage area around the sink. These were minor to me and overall they get 5/5 because they were spectacular in ever aspect cleanliness, safety, accommodation oh and their activity team especially Sule absolutely awesome 😀
