Stayed here during my birthday week, and it was such a wonderful experience! The hotel was beautifully put together — every detail felt thoughtful and welcoming. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel right at home. Breakfast each morning was super fresh and absolutely delicious — easily one of the highlights of the stay. And don’t even get me started on the fresh-squeezed juices — they were perfection! The only small downside was that our room was on the 41st floor, and we could hear the club music every night. It didn’t ruin the experience, but it’s worth noting if you’re a light sleeper. Overall, a fantastic stay that made my birthday week even more special. Would definitely come back!

A special mention goes to Khodarahm, the doorman. I travel extensively around the world, and I have never encountered such remarkable dedication to hospitality. His commitment to welcoming and assisting every guest is extraordinary—no matter how many people required his attention, he moved swiftly and graciously to ensure each person received special care. I would also like to commend Francis and Saeed, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. From the front desk to the pool attendants, every team member demonstrated genuine warmth and professionalism. I recently joined the Shangri-La Circle and have already booked my next stay in Kowloon. BEAUTIFUL hotel!! All the staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel breakfast was AMAZING! The omelette/egg station made your eggs any way you requested. There were lots of options to choose from. My favorite was the freshly squeezed orange juice and fresh apple juice. The Chinese restaurant in tbe hotel had delicious food also.

The best service! From the greetings and welcoming you in their hotel. Clean room and smells so good. They even gave us a plate of mixed fruits.
