The hotel is excellent. My only criticism was that your website advertised our room as sleeping 4 people, which the booking accepted. However, on arrival there were only 3 beds and we had several hours of trying to fix the problem. Eventually the hotel upgraded our room and put a fourth bed in. Other than that, it is an excellent hotel.

The staff was amazing, especially the gentlemen who work at the door and the crew that served breakfast at the 41st floor lounge (highly recommend the breakfast upgrade) Rooms were large, nice, and well kept. Outdoor pool area was very nice as well. Would definitely recommend. High 4 star to 5 star property.

The best thing about this property is the staff. They are very welcoming and the service provided is of a very high standard. The team in the horizon lounge made our stay feel very special. Food was very good and I feel everyone should try their evening buffet. Thank you everyone for a great time.

I liked everything except for one day they said it was happy hour all I wanted was soda and orange juice cause we don’t drink . Basically we were rejected even though I told them my room number then they were like it’s ok for today will give it to you but that was so embarrassing I said no never mind let’s leave . I was told drinks , sodas juices all day and that’s why we only went for breakfast
