From the moment of arrival at the front desk, to checking out, I experienced friendly and engaging service. This is my go to hotel, as it is conveniently located, consistently good and offers good value too. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. There are many good eating options nearby along with shops and public transport. It's well placed for an early morning walk through Hyde Park towards Circular Quay, the Opera House and the Botanic Gardens. Again with good cafe options on the return route.

Decent prosperity staff lacks personality. When called for an iron, 20 minutes later I had to re call and wait another 15 minutes. Attendant looked annoyed with me for requesting it. Declined housekeeping for entire trip as they were rude and speaking loudly as they cleaned other rooms talking about other guest and their rooms. Person who checked me in was the only friendly person my entire stay.

The room was great, spacious with a balcony. Fridge ideal. Such a comfy bed! Only minor downside was the carpet being a bit stained. We would certainly come back here again!
