5 stars. They granted us a much earlier checkin than we expected. The only obstacle was the flight of stairs up to the checkin area. No ramp made heavy suitcases even heavier. But it was a perfect location and friendly staff.

Wonderful place to stay, & in a very walkable location. Customer service was next level.

I booked a bed in Pod in The Courtroom (mixed dormitory). The room is huge but everything echos within the space. I know there is only so much the hostel can do but one of the guest was laughing throughout the night. Then he woke up around 6AM to make a loud phone call. Another guest must have confronted him because it was quiet then. These are risk you take booking a share hostel. Regardless, I would stay here again. It's right in the center of everything.

Beds are extremely comfortable and bathrooms very spacious in the superior double rooms! Lovely recent renovations to lobby and new restaurant area this year. Staff very friendly and accommodating. This was our second visit in two years and we would stay here again- awesome location with everything in walking distance from the hotel.
