Clean room! Breakfast is amazing and staff was soo so nice. Location was perfect to get everywhere and walking distance

We rode a motorcycle and the location was very good, no major hills to deal with in traffic and easy to get to from the CA1. We paid for parking through Expedia, highly recommend that as it was much less than the $65 at the hotel and they let me park the bike myself, which was the only way I would have done it. The hotel and the room was very clean! The only surprise was that there are very few rooms with view windows, like 5%, but that was not a deal breaker as the rest of the place was very nice. Breakfast was good, but I have had more options at other Holiday Inn Express'. Over all it was a very good stay, I like Holiday Inn Express for their consistency in cleanliness and quality. I highly recommend.

Used valet parking and staff did EV charge our vehicle overnight as requested. Used our $15 credit for dinner at the hotel restaurant. Bed was very comfortable and bedroom had all the amenities we required.

Location location location! Such a great spot to explore San Francisco! The hotel is in great condition. Walls are a little thin but really it was mostly an annoying loud neighbor with kids. Parking is a bit steep with after tax being $85/night.
