Fisherman's Wharf accommodation with pool

Everything was great

The hotel is in an excellent position. The staff are welcoming and helpful. But the walls and floors are incredibly thin. We stayed on the second floor and each night at 10.45pm - which was when I assume the tenant on the floor directly above us arrived home - it sounded like a herd of elephants was moving around. I could hear everything from their footsteps, to the toilet flushing, the shower, the sliding door rumbling and even the bed squeaking as they moved around. Thank goodness they appeared to be alone or we would have heard every word of their conversation. Also, we booked a one bedroom suite. It was very spacious and comfortable. It had a refrigerator and a dining table but no crockery or cutlery, no means of preparing food. We could not understand why bother with a dining table! The shower was lovely and new and the water hot so we took the good with the bad and ended up enjoying our stay, even though sleep quality wasn’t the best.

Staff was welcoming. It was a quiet stay with a comfortable bed which is what we wanted. The Front desk and Valet were very helpful. The restaurant was very good for breakfast and dinner options however a bit pricey.

Required to pay unexpected security deposit; no microwave or fridge in the room: complimentary coffee as all as items last, hotel staff can’t replenish and cafe staff never available. Bed was very comfortable.

The staff is friendly and services the amazing.

Gorgeous hotel that is in a perfect location! It was clean with upscale decor and excellent staff.
