The services that the property provided was great!!! The maid service was fast and brought us towels quick. The breakfest was great and everyone who worked there was amazing!!! And the night cocktails and snacks was awesome

The property features a charming koi pond at the entrance, adding a pleasant touch to the overall ambiance. On-site parking is available, which is convenient, although there is a fee for overnight stays. The hotel offers an impressive breakfast selection, catering to a variety of tastes. However, the room conditions left much to be desired. The master bedroom had unfilled holes in the walls, and a cover plate was improperly installed, exposing a visible hole. Additionally, some small tiles in the bathroom were loose or inadequately adhered to the floor. Given the price I paid, I had anticipated a higher standard of maintenance and presentation.

Found our new go to hotel

Beautiful, specious, comfortable room. The breakfast is the BEST complementary breakfast we've ever had in any hotel. This is now our new go to hotel for business and pleasure. We fly into Burbank sometime monthly for business or pleasure. I hope the service never changes.

Great stay

This was a last minute booking for us, the hotel met our needs as a family of 3. Location was nice and quiet, hotel breakfast had a good selection, try the fresh omelettes on offer. Restaurants within close proximity or within easy reach of taxi ride. Shopping mall close by as well.

Don’t book the 2 room suite!

Hotels.com advertised a 2 bedroom suite and we paid extra for the 2 room suite. When we arrived, there was no such thing. Our 10 yo son and 11 yo daughter ended up sharing the couch bed for 3 nights. Contacted Hotels.com and they blamed everyone but themselves. No refund on the extra. The hotel itself was great.
