No. Balcony view not scenic. I really liked the hotel. I don’t like $30 parking fees. And $15 for a glass of wine is absurd But I would stay here again. Neat. Clean. Convenient to things.

Room was clean; the bathroom was modern; and staff was courteous and helpful. One example: A security guard I ran into around 11:00p helped me solve my toothpaste issue (as in, I forgot mine at home) by bringing three small traveling packs of toothpaste, at no charge. We didn't have a chance to try the pool, and the hotel did not offer a courtesy continental breakfast (though they do have a full breakfast buffet available for $27/person). But everything we experienced was positive. We will definitely return when we next visit the area near UCLA.

It’s centrally located. Walkable to restaurants, groceries and shopping! The shower was dirty, and air conditioner was not working, it was warm in the room!

I arrived and then had to quickly get to an event and got back late. The next morning I had to be up and going and then realized that I did not have a shower curtain. Took a quick shower and used the towels to wipe up the floor. Told them at the front desk-very nice as always. Came back that night and had a shower curtain but only one towel as they had not replaced them, just picked up the wet ones. Next morning had lukewarm water for my shower. Following morning had a cold shower. Stopped at the desk and reported and again, very nice, she said they had had a problem. I work for a nonprofit in disaster relief so am just running in and out and do not have a lot of time to deal with a lot of these things. Staff was always very nice.
