Compare Luxury Hotels in International Drive District

Room were very dated. Shower and towel bar had mold around it. Floors were so dirty we had to wear socks the entire time. Just disgusting. We didnt even want to shower there. Went to pool one afternoon and somebody had pooped in the pool and it took maintenance at least 30 min to clean it up and then had to wait for the pool to reopen. Paying a 20 dollar a night resort fee was for what??? What a waste. Needless to stay we will never stay here again!!!

Although the room was nice i was overcharged for my breakfast and charged 10 a night to park with no notice until check in of the charge when asked at the desk for an explanation nothing was done to fix the overcharge andcwas told the reasteraunt wad 3rd party and to take it up with them not happy...

The staff was unprofessional. The hotel was not as listed

Did not get the room I booked and had to wait 2 hours before checking in. The water dripped all day in the shower. The food was garbage. The best thing at the resort was the water park, pool and hot tub.

Clean and fast check in

This was our second time staying at this resort, and we love it! We will definitely be back!
