Compare Family Hotels in Isla Verde

Staff and overall experience was great. However, some rooms are much smaller than others, towel policy was a little off putting, didn’t like that rooms didn’t have closets and it seems like they could use more staff as well. But i would definitely stay here again. Restaurant (Laut) is amazinggggg and Xavier (bartender) made our experience 10x better!

Great hotel with beautiful facilities and outstanding service.

Our stay was excellent. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The breakfast options were very good. They offer chairs, umbrellas and towels at the beach!!! It was very convenient to stay at this hotel. We will definitely stay here again.

It’s ok but A)toilet was extremely low- a child’s height. B) complimentary water bottles in the room would have been nice C)hotel is at an international airport, breakfast should be offered earlier than 5am. Many flights leave at six so passengers need to be downstairs by 4.
