The property is under construction so services were limited. Overall…the property is clean and convenient. I did not like the constant sales pitch for time share opportunity….especially at checkout when I was in a hurry. Would not take a simple NO for an answer.

The staff at the counter especially the night manger was not willing to help and very rude and refused to give me her name. Roaches in the bathrooms. Room smelled like weed. Was not expecting this for Polo Towers. I would not recommend this hotel. The valley staff were very friendly and trying to help.

Spacious Room

We enjoyed our spacious room and convenient location! The staff texted daily asking if we needed anything. Our room had a view of the Sphere and was located right off the strip so it was convenient walking distance to anything we needed in the area. We rented a car to go to a state park and other events and parked in an area right next to the hotel for about $25 per day. It was not affiliated with the hotel but we liked it better than the valet parking.
