Checkin webt smoothly other than the pressure to buy a timeshare and the brubery with tickets to shows. We just wanted to get to our room. There was also a strong cologne smell in the hotel lobby which was awful. Otherwise rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, and the rooftop pool and hottub were nice.

Our check in was late in the early morning. I notified the hotel in advance of our late check in and they responded that would be just fine and staff would be there to check us in. We did not receive the room we selected and paid for. The overnight desk told us it was first come first serve and our room was given to someone else. We had paid for a two room two bath suite. Our first night we were given a king suite. When then moved the next day to two adjoining rooms. The night we arrived the manager would not come speak with us when we requested. We were not happy with staff. The next day RG in housekeeping was great. She heard we were waiting for our room. We were there for our wedding weekend. The desk said our room would be available after 10am. We had some errands to do and when we came back at 2pm the room was still not ready. RG was instrumental in getting us moved. Alyssa during the day was also very helpful. I feel that when you select a room option you should receive what you have paid for. We probably will not stay or recommend the Polo Towers. This is unfortunate because we do like to stay at Hiltons. The beds were good and the room was spacious.

The room was in great condition. I was not pleased that i was put in a room with a murphy bed. It was not as comfortable as other hilton beds i have used. The staff seemed put out when they asked if i needed the ADA room I was scheduled to have and i said no. They asked why i picked it and I explained that i don't know how i had don't that and was very sorry.

They did not clean my room every day after it was requested. I had to call for towels two the five days stay. They did not inform us that there would be a hotel amenities fee. We spent time learning about the Hilton point and return for tickets for the Hoover Dam, but they did not give me a pass to see inside the dam as I requested. This will not be a choice of hotels in the future.

Valet double charged and had to waste time on my vacation to call and get it corrected. You at the hotel know how the valet service works! So when I ask pay you or them and you say oh you can pay here. Then they charge me in order for me to get my vehicle retrieved. Do better. Room was fine.
