Maid service not available after lunch. In order to have your room cleaned you have to get up early and leave your room. That is not what vacation is about. You should be able to sleep in late and still have your room cleaned. Also hire extinguishers had to be switched out. One visit to collect extinguisher and another to replace. Why couldn’t this be done in one visit by swapping out one for the other. No one wants multiple workers in and out of room. Moreover, the timeframe for this procedure was at 8AM TO 5PM. So basically you decide to leave your room and trust any/everyone or wait all day till they came.

Overall he da Betsy room was spacious however there was some stains on the bedding and upon entering the room I had to request linen change which they came fast and it was fixed in under 15 mins the room overall was nice and cozy the bathroom should’ve been more clean however it was decent it’s mostly a quiet hotel I would stay here again

The property was spacious, clean, and in a very good location. Right off the strip, walking distance to alot of hotels and activities. Elevator service was spotty. 3 elevators for our tower, but 1-2 were out of service every day. You have to push two buttons and hope one elevator shows up. We were very pleased with the suite layout for our family of 5 so overall a good stay for the price.

Liked the affordability, the two bedroom suite option and check in staff. Room was very clean even though it was dated. We could tell by pictures though. Didn’t like the shower head/ water pressure, the pressure at reception to go to a time share presentation (kept saying "we dont take offence if you dont go") but that felt like a slight. We paid for a hotel, not a discount at a hotel. So it felt very pushy.

We loved our stay. Everything was so convenient without all the noise of the strip. We have two teenagers, so this place was perfect, clean, spacious, not too expensive.

It took forever to get to the lobby and to my room because an elevator was down and because so many people were using the elevators i had to wait at least 10 minutes just to get to the lobby.
