I chose this hotel for amenities like restaurant and Starbucks and upon arrival discovered they were all closed. Very disappointed in what they considered breakfast it was cold coffee and small pastries.

Horrible Experience:Bedbugs, Poor Customer Service

I wish I could leave zero stars. Our stay at this hotel was a nightmare. We discovered bedbugs in our room, and both my son and I were bitten badly. We had to move rooms at 1 AM, which was already disruptive and upsetting. The next morning, we were told we could not stay in that room and were rushed out by 11 AM despite the stressful night. When I spoke with the front desk that morning, I was told they would refund the first night and had documented the issue in a report. However, at checkout, I was suddenly told I had to go through Expedia/Hotels.com for the refund—something I was never told during the initial conversation. Had I known, I would have contacted them immediately. I reached out to Hotels.com as soon as I left the hotel, only to be told that they couldn’t reach the property. When they did try, the hotel either didn’t answer or hung up on them. We stayed from Saturday to Tuesday, were polite the entire time, and didn’t cause any issues. I understand that bedbugs can be found anywhere—but I also believe in making things right for guests. Now Hotels.com is telling me I won’t receive a refund and are only offering 25 "Key" credits, claiming they can’t confirm the incident—despite the fact that I have video proof. This has been a deeply frustrating experience. Poor communication, lack of responsibility, and zero care for customer wellbeing. I would never stay here again and strongly advise others to think twice.
