The room was clean. The breakfast options were standard however kudos to the staff who did an excellent job preparing the eggs and meat. The room lacked a container of body wash and lotion.

We stay at this hotel whenever visiting the area. The rooms are clean and usually enjoy our stay but the last couple times what has stood out the most it the Front Desk Lady, her name is Mayra( hope I spelled correctly) she is super fiendly, efficient, helpful, attentive and truly provide excellent customer service. Checkin was good. Room needs some attention. Spider web on the ceiling above the interior bed and strand of hair on the comforter. On the other headboard there's a piece of fabric, not sure if that's what it is. I booked this hotel based on the positive reviews about the cleanliness of the rooms. I had thought I might stay additional nights but have changed my mind.

The staff were courteous, and the room was generally fine, but this is an older three story motel and our "upgraded room" had some kind of renovation of the floor. The carpet was removed, and some kind of lino that had separated from its bonding that attached it the floor resulting in a bubble. Also expediate cited it as a VIP room, no charge for parking. There is no charge for parking in a open lot in front of the motel. Also, could not get the in room coffee maker to operate, but no problem, coffee in the lobby.

The rooms and location were great. The bed was comfy enough. The ac unit couldn’t have the fan on and the cooling at the same time so it would wake me up everytime it kicked on or off.
