The blinds in our room were broken at the bottom and the slats were too far apart, so the room was very bright as soon as the sun came up. Room darkening shades are a must in a hotel. There was still a lot of noise from cars, even though we paid to be on the quiet side. The staff we met were very kind, courteous, and helpful. The room was clean.

Overall, great stay in the loft suite. I appreciated late night quiet hours, the attentive housekeeping and valet parking. Conveniently located on Olympic, close to century city, and midway between hollywood & santa monica. I’d probably stay again.

It was clean, well appointed and easily accessed. Staff was friendly helpful. We needed a hotel that was close to Cedars Sinai, where we could feel safe, and rest. Nice part of town as well.

I believe the shower is supposed to have a shower curtain liner on the inside and a shower curtain on the outside. We only had a curtain which then blows in and sticks to your body while shower. Might want to warn people staying street side how loud it is. Also, some signage inside the rooms about the water being free and using the call buttons Cute space, though, and the beds were super comfortable.
