Horrible front reception staff. Lady and one man were horrible, rude and disrespectful. She was training a gentleman that got nervous with their behavior. Forcing us to pay for parking. I told her I need handicap and she said you still need to pay for it. I told her I’m closer here at the front and she said that’s our property. Then a man that was not part of my check in, rudely interrupts and said “no you can’t park there without paying, even if handicap” I told him what if I do? He turns around and said “try it, see what happens “. Very unprofessional! I was upset. We finished and went up to the room#222. We sat down then we try to turn on the tv and it doesn’t work. We call front desk and maintenance man comes and can’t fix it. Maintenance man moved us to a new room, not a manager or supervisor but a maintenance man.

Pretty nice hotel. They charge for parking which seems bizarre since they are surrounded by strip mall shopping parking lots that are free. They have motion detectors on several of the lights in the room which is somewhat aggravating in the middle of the night. This is probably great for old people but not that cool to be woken up by three different lights turning on when someone went to the bathroom in the middle of the night.
