The rooms are urban-stylish, and comfortable. Black-out curtains,too. Bathrooms are newly remodeled and small but chic. Garage parking,$30/nite. Pricey. Daniel in the bar area was charming and accommodating. All the staff was attentive; offering insight to local food and venues. Decor of lobby and rooms is urban modern, however, all carpeting needs washing!
Bathrooms are smaller; yet with stylish deco and good lighting.

Staff at check in are not welcoming, as if they’re doing you a favor. We witnessed the general manager chewing out the entire cleaning staff in the lobby, wen we mentioned that he was making us uncomfortable, he didn’t care. Air conditioners don’t work or are noisy. Carpets are dirty and stained. Out door areas have visible trash that no one cleans. The lounge area that houses seating areas, a pool table and a bar was closed during most of my stay, they blamed staffing issues.

There was no luggage carrier to help bring up our baggage to our room. We had to make multiple trips from our car to our room both checking in and out. Very inconvenient.

Everything about the hotel was amazing – comfy room, great service, perfect location. The only hiccup was the neighbor’s TV blasting all night… now I totally get why those earplugs were on the table! 😅

Beware of the condition and service

09/04/25 5Pm The person at the check in desk seemed very grumpy and is awkward. I would say not the best person for the position. He tries to be friendly and personable but you get the feeling he might get unfriendly any moment. The room we got was the furthest away from the elevator and anything else. The street noise from cars driving by is very loud giving you the impression a window is open (the irony is that they offer you earplugs knowing it is too loud), which is of course not the case. The room has a musky smell and the ac is super loud we suspect the smell comes from the pet Urin on the wall or the wet carpet. The walls are patched everywhere and no one bothered to touch up the paint. The shower are has mold in the corner. One of the reddish g lamps was broken off and missing. We stayed at many hotels including budget hotels but this is by far the worst. Some more minor things not too bad but annoying nevertheless.The WiFi info he gave us doesn’t work. The ice machine is in the lobby. The stove in the common kitchen is out of order. None of this was communicated at check in. We left after one day as it was just unbearable. This is an honest review of this hotel so beware Last but not least. The checkout person was really nice but the desk a mess with energy drinks and personal items

Found Hotel (More like Lost n Found)

This actual Hotel resembles the pictures..So cudos to the photographer. Parking was a challenge and wasn’t expecting to have to pay an addl $30 to park in their less than desirable underground lot, of which you had to cart your luggage up a flight of stairs and walk thru an alleyway to enter the front.. Didn’t feel safe and difficult. While the room was somewhat clean, all the patch up work, water dripping down wall from A/C, was a bit disconcerting. Just wasn’t put together well. I would definitely NOT recommend this hotel.

Desperately needs renovation. Yuck.

One night stay for business: First room, the mini split AC kept turning off, there was literally condensation streaming down the wall. The room was dank and moldy. Complained so they put me in another dingy musty room, where the Air Conditioner at least worked but barely spit out any cool dry air. I just needed a cool dry clean place to sleep. They said it’s about to become a Marriott or something, which makes sense, it’s on its last legs as a usable establishment in its current state. Oh and Coffee Machine in lobby kitchen did not work either, one more slap in the face before I checked out.
