this hotel is very dirty air/heat cond. dust dirt all over face in morning heat throw dust dirt all over they cheaned it supposedly but dirt still remains. Staff is rude people here don’t like to help guests Managers seem like they are mean very quickly to guests I think that hilton hires mentally ill people who should not be servicing the public.

The night person who checked me in was super friendly and upbeat which was refreshing. My room had the most comfortable bed, sheets and pillows I have ever slept in. Also it was very quiet in the hallway, so I was able to sleep all night without any noise. The room was clean (and smelled clean) except there was a dirty fork sitting next to the coffee machine which was gross, but I put it outside the door. Out of sight, out of mind. All in all a great stay and night's sleep after a long international flight.

The property was perfect in every way. My biggest gripe is not with the Hilton whatsoever, but it is with Expedia as a whole. When I arrived Abigale C. Was very pleasant and friendly but had told me that that they had not received my reservation from Expedia. She was kind enough to call expedia customer service where she was then harassed about her personal information despite already knowing that she was an employee and not a customer. Abigale was nice enough to allow us into our room despite Expedia’s lack of communication for my reservation confirmation. F Expedia.
