We felt safe at the hotel, and the staff was great. We had to leave shortly after 6 am, so we missed the breakfast, which started at 6:30 am. It would be great if they could start the breakfast at 6 am. Due to traffic in Los Angeles, I bet lots of business people must leave the hotel early in the morning and miss those great cinnamon rolls we come for!!!

The hotel itself is great. Everything is clean and working and functional. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The reckless was really great, plentiful. For a buffet style, the biscuits and gravy were actually really good. But the surrounding areas down the street and around the corner from the hotel make me want to never return to LA. I wouldn't walk there at night. There were also homeless people smoking crack in the driveway of the hotel as I was ending my trip/checking out, so if that tells you anything about the area nearby, there you go.

Worth the stay

It was a great stay for us. The room was clean but you can see that it needs improvement in the bathroom because you can see that sink pipes were rusty. Carpet has few stain. Our room was close to elevator and ice machine so you can hear the noise from people who pass by, but not really an issue. The best part is, the location was close to all the places that we visited which is very convenient. The breakfast was also the best with variety of choices. Greatly recommended and worth the place to stay.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY!!!!!! EVER! DO NOT BOOK IT. Awful, unsafe neighborhood. Homeless people sleeping on the ground in the street right next to the hotel. Holes in the glass by the lobby entrance. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Pleasantly surprised and happy

Business related stay and no conplaints. Room was clean, place is safe requiring key to go through lobby after hours, bed was comfy and quite nice. Shower and bathroom looked to be upgraded, looked brand new. I would reccomend this place for anyone to say and not to mention you are minutes away from Downtown LA
