Cute boutique hotel

I would absolutely stay here again as it was charming, stylish, and the staff was great. The only downside was the super thin windows - I could hear pretty much everything outside from the second floor, including someone yelling at 4 AM.

Cute hotel, great location, convenient restaurant. Hard wood floors and old, thin walls means lots of noise from your neighbors.

Perfect for solo

The staff is wonderful. At check-in, CJ was so kind and helpful. The hotel is close to both metro and bus stops. Though I did not need it, they have parking available. The lobby is stylish and cool. The restaurant on-site is open all day. I was upgraded to a suite, and it was so spacious. The bed is very comfortable. There was a fair bit of street noise, but this was to be expected based on the location in K-town. 10/10 would book here again.

This place is a dump and refused to honor upgrade despite upgraded rooms being available. The neighborhood is dangerous and full of homeless. The rooms are dirty and run down.

Excellent customer service and location

Cute, charming hotel centrally located. The customer service was phenomenal, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and comfortable, specifically the hotel manager Adam, CJ and Ray from the adjacent restaurant. Would highly recommend this hotel.

I would honestly give this hotel a 5/5 rating but there were a couple minor issues. The first issue was parking. The hotel does not have parking for customers. The next issue was the T.V. Some channels were not loading. Overall I would give my stay a 4/5.

This is an exceptionally located property in K-Town surrounded by great restaurants and shops. The hotel is also conveniently located a block away from the LA Metro! The rooms are comfortable and the staff is also very friendly.
