The place was okay and very clean and your staff is very nice. I just had some incredibly noisy drunks probably staying above me up till about 2:00 or 3:00 in the morning. It almost sounded like they were moving furniture upstairs. I didn't get any sleep

値段だけ上げて、サービスは最悪。

1)バスルーム備え付け、シャンプーだけバスタブにあるがボディソープは遥か離れた洗面台にあるだけ。どうやって体を洗えというのか。２）はじめの朝、金庫の扉が開いたままロックされていたので、レセプションで解錠を依頼したがチェックアウトまで何もされなかった。３）チェックイン時に部屋の掃除やリネンの交換は3日毎と言われ了解したが、これも5日間全く何もされていなかった。４）3日目の朝食、パン、ベーグルが全くなく、シリアルしかなかった。コロナ前に数回利用し、今回リピートしたが、もう二度と利用しないだろう。

The rooms need to be updated. I was in room 307 and the curtains were ripped and need to be replaced. As you walk to your room from the elevator, there was duck tape, holding carpet together, a very tacky look. I had a king size bed in my room and it would’ve been nice to have a nice chair to sit in, furniture just needs to be updated.

The picture on Expedia is a misguided marketing. The hotel is almost falling apart, and housekeeping was super disgruntled. The hotel needs an upgrade. Carpets are duct taped and stained in the common areas. I did not feel safe parking due to the shady people staying on the first floor next to the laundry where they are washing the linens. At 8 am, I could not find anyone at the lobby. Our microwave blew the fuse in our room, and the service technician who came did not speak any English. Our sink was cracked, and the shower had a head-sized crack in the wall. Only one lock on the door, nothing happened, but I did not feel safe leaving our stuff in the room.
