Terrible king mattress. Old and lumpy. Blankets and sheets rough. Towels Costco hotel quality—rough. Hotel seems new but I think Hyatt Place is their low end. Feels like a Best Western. Breakfast terrible.

There was two cockroaches in the bathtub when I asked for them to partially refund me due to the cockroach incident they said no we can only give you points, which is not what I wanted. They did give me another room but again the place is rundown and gross will not be staying there again..

All was great at hotel. Two improvements would make it first rate: 1- common areas need updating. Hallway carpet is worn. 2- breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. Edible, but not good. I would pay more for better breakfast.

It was a room with a horrible view- two giant box fans blocking any view or light- but I still give the hotel 5 stars. Good people, attentive and deliver the level of stay they promise.
