Inadequate Parking + No AmEx

This was an ok place, the staffer I interacted with was polite and helpful. The parking was limited unless you wanted to park on the street, at midnight I did not want to so had to squeeze my rental into a very tight spot. The elevator did not work so I had to climb stairs with my suitcase and a bad knee, not ideal. Ok place for an overnight but I wouldn't stay again. Also, they don't accept American Express.

The Inn is not near the Pasadena civic center. The hot water was not very hot. The paper cups leaked. There was not hair conditioner in the shower. The bathtub does not work.

Great stay the room was clean you can tell they put a lot of work in. They were remodeling but still kept the property up. Staff was super kind and friendly.

Keep looking for a better hotel

No closet, no hangers, no towel bars, no thermostat. Only one face towel and one wash cloth were provided. The couch looked dirty which we avoided. The sink smelled moldy. They told us the elevator wasn’t safe to use so we were put on the ground level. When we checked out we were not asked how our stay was. It was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in and the price of $268.25 for one night was absurdly expensive!

After the fire,cee stayed at the Travelodge, then moved to the Hyland. Hyland is much more comfortable.
