Front desk staff are helpful and friendly. Self parking spaces available. The pool is located in the court yard adjacent to a private house on the other side of the wall. I did not see anyone using it. There are sofa lounge area next to the pool. It was fun to checkout the bikes to ride around the area, though the helmets are all beaten up. They need to upgrade to new helmets. There was an issue with my toilet, but it got fixed quickly.

Lovely Torres made our stay extra special, a home away from home. Definitely coming back. She was very accommodating and helpful with giving us tips on what we can find around the neighborhood, we are coming from overseas and are in the process of moving for our daughter's education. She made it extra easier by pointing out where most things are specially Asian cooking.She is an asset to Kimpton.

Hotel was clean and modern. Staff was friendly and professional. We loved the location. Bathroom door was a barn type and was off the track. Pillows were a joke. They can’t be using pillows like that in a nice Parking was a challenge with a SUV The first two floors are for Valet Then almost a whole floor for Charging stations that were empty The main issue, and I understand they can’t do anything about this, is the parking garage gets lower and lower for every floor. The open spaces were on the top floor which had a clearance of 5’10 which precluded my car from entering.

Location and Front Desk staff were excellent! Valet, bellman (unseen) and driveway at entrance are a HUGE NEGATIVE. No assistance with bags was offered; space to leave car and checkin before parking is waaaay too small and the staff there are not well-trained in customer service. Very surprising for such a great property.

Great service, very nice lobby with a great restaurant. The beds are a little on the small side, but no complaints here. It was extremely quiet, and actually easy to find street parking since the hotel is located in a neighborhood. Great hotel!
