Because my partner had an accident on our trip, the checkin clerk was extremely helpful in getting us situated in a timely fashion and easy to navigate room. Great experience all around!

Pretty on the outside.

Check in and staff was nice. Initially the hotel seem nice. Unfortunately, the room was a whole different story. Walking to the elevator there were towels laying on the floor with orange something being soaked up. The towels were left there for people to walk over. Walking down the hallway to our room all the doors looked like they had been kicked at 1 time or another. Dents and cracked on almost all the room doors. The walls and doors were dirty. Entering the room it seemed ok. However, the window AC fan did not work properly. When we turned the cold to heat it smelled so bad from burning coils we put it back to cool. The light switch on the desk didn’t work. The toilet had a bad plumbing problem. Load banging sound from the toilet and inside the wall when flushed. Hard water stains on the floor behind the toilet. The shower head was leaking water in all direction when in use. Tub drain plug detached and sitting over the drain. When asked to switch room we were told hotel was full and we could request a room change the following morning. And again, couldn’t move. No maid service unless you let them the day before. Fortunately, the housekeeper was cleaning the room next door and we were able to give her our used towels and get fresh new ones. She was very kind and friendly. We will not be staying here again. Staff was very friendly. location was great but overall cleanliness and state of hotel itself, needs renovation. I give it a 3 star.

One of the main reasons I chose your hotel was for the advertised amenities, including the hot tub. However, upon arrival, I found the hot tub in an unsanitary condition, with visible green algae, posing a health concern. It took an additional day to be cleaned, and once it was finally addressed, the hot tub became nonfunctional due to the water not being heated properly. Despite being assured by staff that the issue would be fixed, it remained unusable for the duration of my stay. Additionally, room service was not provided daily as expected. I was informed that service had to be requested a day in advance, which was not the standard I anticipated, as daily housekeeping is typically included. The lack of proactive service and miscommunication from staff regarding the timeline of repairs only added to the frustration of my stay. Given these significant inconveniences and the fact that I did not receive the full amenities and services I paid for!

Pass On This Hotel

This hotel is in desperate need of a remodel. I travel for business and don't require much, but I do need a few things. The office chair was broken, so that when you sat in it, it leaned to the right. The electrical outlets at the desk didn't work, so I had to take my laptop to a different one to charge. and while it was okay clean, many areas were stained slightly. There also seems to be folks that were there for more than a few nights from what I saw through open doors while passing. I won't stay here again.

All in all an excellent hotel with great hospitality and service. Parking is free, property is in a safe and convenient area close to the mall, restaurants, shopping centers, and transportations. Friendly staff. Breakfast is free, although having more food options such as variety of fruits will be nice.

Oh Well

I was a very late check in. The mattress felt old and uncomfortable. Bathroom sink was pluged with sewer residue, very nasty. Because of that i was afraid to shower. Hallways were dirty. The room appeared clean and peaceful.
