Couldn’t get the heat on in the room, had to work with it to get it on. Also got in the elevator and it got stuck on the 5th floor, door wouldn’t open, so we kept pushing buttons and it finally went down to 1st floor and someone was there and it opened up for them.

Loud and out dated

This was probably one of the worse places I’ve ever stayed at. I was put in a room next to some really loud people. I asked to be moved. However the next room was just as bad, plus a barking dog. Ugh I was in the area for a very important event and got no sleep because of the noise and barking dog. The hotel is in a great area. The staff were friendly. That was the only good about the stay — location and staff. The hotel is outdated and not the cleanest. Don’t recommend.
