I did not enjoy he cleanliness in the room. There were bedbugs on the bed along with other dead bugs near the windows. I would think twice about coming back here. I would like a refund.

The evening staff was friendly during check in. The morning staff was ok, nothing to note. Breakfast was decent, wish they had more fresh fruit options. The hotel does show its age, it could use new carpet in common areas and a fresh paint job. The pain is peeling from a lot of places. Doors to the rooms have dents and scrapes. Only one elevator. The room was only so-so. The bath tub was peeling and looked a bit grimy. The carpet in the room didn’t smell very fresh. I don’t know if I’d stay here again. Although I appreciate how close it is to the airport, I think there might be more comfortable accommodations in the area for a few extra bucks.

Hotel is clean and comfortable. Room amenities included Dove products and plenty of towels. Pool on site. Nice hot breakfast. Coffee available in the lobby and a coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge is provided in the room. It is conveniently located near Ontario Airport. We stay here quite frequently when visiting CA.

It is conveniently located near the Ontario airport. It is clean and comfortable. We came down to breakfast at 9 am on a Monday and all hot breakfast items were still available. Parking is free. There are no restaurants within walking distance, but there is a shopping district nearby that you can drive to full of restaurants both sit down and fast food. We always stay here when we visit CA.

First, the room was mostly clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows were nice. And the staff was nice. In the morning we went to the fitness room. Most of the equipment was broken or unusable. All towels were gone and not replenished. They did empty the trash can, as we entered. They fitness room has not been cleaned in a while. We were told they would have multiple fruit, at breakfast, apples, oranges, & bananas. We were saddened there were no bananas or apples upon arrival. We had to ask for salt and pepper. Honestly, the breakfast enough, but, it just seemed like nobody cares about the property any longer. We probably won't stay again.

Comfortable and Quiet re street and airport noise

Very convenient location (liked that grocery store nearby), and while close to ONT I never noticed jet traffic. Friendly staff, good breakfast, nice garden and pool area. The only problem was very loud AC system in my room 204. Because I didn't need the room cooled much, I didn't ask for a remedy. The policy of only one housekeeping visit per multiday stay was fine by me.

Quick elevator. You don't have to wait for the next one. The staff is always friendly and always available to answer questions. Good breakfast: Waffles, sausage, oatmeal, eggs, bagels, toast, and yogurt.
