Staff was very nice and professional. But the hotel is in poor condition, smelled like smoke, and the rooms were outdated and not inviting. We did not stay the night and ended up getting a room at a different hotel.

La Quinta stay.

Just another stay at just another motel. Room was clean, air conditioner work, bathroom was nice, just nothing particularly special. Considering it was next to the freeway it was actually fairly quiet.

The room was not clean whatsoever. The room had an odd smell, the sheets didn't look clean, and the bathroom was dirty. I arrived at midnight, exhausted after a 7-hour drive and had to cancel the room and request a refund.

The customer service was phenomenal. The breakfast was amazing as well. We had a major inconvenience of a foul odor in our suite and stains on the sofa. We had to move to a smaller room, which was disappointing, but they compensated us for it. The elevator was malfunctioning when we rode it, and the day we left it was out of order. The staff tried to make our experience better which I appreciated.
