The hotel was amazing. I was there with my partner. Had a medical procedure at UCLA. The hotel was very convenient. It has a UCLA Health shuttle that brought us from the hotel to the clinics. The second day I had an issue with calling the hotel directly to get a return trip to the hotel and the staff said I couldn't call them directly, but that I need the information desk at the clinic to call for the shuttle. The clinic did not have a person at the desk. I finally got the hotel to contact the shuttle. Then the hotel restaurant, they refused to let us order a specific item from the dinner menu. They said that not all items can be ordered for in room dining per the chef and that we could get the item if we went downstairs to the restaurant. Well my partner had just had her procedure and did not feel like dressing and going downstairs. This is unexceptable. Basically we had dinner in our room by ordering through Doordash. Better choices, better food and much less expensive. I do not recommend the restaurant in this establishment.

The hotel was close to where I needed to be. There was a shuttle that took me there and from the medical center. The staff was amazing! Friendly, helpful. I would stay there again if I need to. I would highly recommend.

The lady at checkin wasn’t super friendly! Would love to have hardwood floors and not carpet anymore or a newer/ cleaner one. Parking overnight $37 is so expensive and should be comped for hotel guest! One robe for a 2 person king room. Beside that, great location and view. Felt clean overall and safe.

Ideal location if going to basketball game on the UCLA campus. Parking is convenient but a problem if hotel is full. Would have liked more dining options in area and availability to purchase snacks and beverages after restaurants closes. Vending machine options were limited.

It was very pretty and modern, quiet and peaceful given the size. Our shower head was pretty gross, and could have definetly used a cleaning. There were small things like handles and the remote that made it seem like the details of cleaning weren't paid attention to.
