Great, but not superlative, stay

In the morning, they have coffee for guests at the bar near the restaurant. The problem is that the restaurant, and the coffee, are not available until 7:30am. Also, if you are hungry between 10am-11am, you are out of luck. The kitchen is closed. These are odd misses given the number of conferences that take place here. Otherwise the rooms are nice and comfortable and the service, aside from limited availability, is great.

Hotel is right in the middle of camp is so great location for anyone looking to visit UCLA. If you are looking for accommodating service, I would not recommend this hotel. The staff at the restaurant were rude and unwilling to seat us despite having at least 10 empty tables, and when I called in the morning for an early morning checkout, as instructed at check-in, I was told there were no more late checkouts available. The room itself was great and clean. Just wish the staff was more accommodating.

The hotel is comfortable and well maintained. It’s got a great team a friendly staff. Rooms are comfortable. Overall a great stay. The restaurant could use some improvements. The food was ok but not great. They mysteriously close at 10AM on weekends which means there is no late breakfast or brunch. Something most hotels offer, especially on weekends. In the summer there are very few food choices on campus so this creates a hassle for guests.
